Academics
Academics are extremely important to me. I am currently in eighth grade at Earl Warren Middle School and next year I will attend Torrey Pines High School. I have had a 4.0 GPA both years in middle school (and the equivalent of a 4.0 in all grammar school years). And in each of the past 4 years I have scored in the 99.9 percentile on my standardized tests, the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress.

My favorite subjects are math and science, but I also love to write. My long-term goal is to work for NASA as a robotics engineer, designing and building Mars landing rovers. I plan to attend a college that is strong in science and engineering.
VOLLEYBALL RECRUITING
I am the captain and starting setter for Wave Volleyball's 14-1 team. Over the past two years my team has earned a bronze medal in the Open division at Nationals, we won the Las Vegas qualifier, and we won the JVA West Coast cup twice. Recently we finished second in the prestigious NIT Triple Crown tournament.

My goal is to play volleyball in college at a school that will help me thrive both academically and on the court. I would love to play volleyball for a program that is competitive and challenging. But just as important, I want to find a school that is strong in science or engineering.
